Viruses and spyware are two of the biggest dangers facing PC users. We will install and configure proven, reliable anti-virus and anti-spyware software on your PC, protecting you from being infected in the future. Spyware and virus removal are not included; for removal, ask about our PC TuneUp.

Backup to DVD	$39 for 1st DVD, $10 for each add’l DVD
Unfortunately, the stories you've heard about computers crashing and losing all your data are true. It doesn't happen all that often, but when it does, it can be troublesome and costly. We'll make a backup of all your data files on DVDs, protecting you from complete data loss and more costly data recovery services. Each DVD can hold almost 5GB of data. NOTE: Not available for In-Home Service

Making regular backups of your data is the safest way to prevent data loss catastrophes. We'll set-up your PC with additional hardware and configure it to automatically back-up your data at regular intervals.

Data Recovery	$69/hr
Has your computer crashed and lost your data? No backups? Don't fret too much. Most of the data on your hard disk can usually be recovered without involving expensive rocket scientists in the project. 1-3 hours typical for most recovery cases. NOTE: Not available for In-Home Service

We'll create a web site for your business describing your business and the services you offer. This includes professional design assistance, HTML programming, and graphics design. Web Site Design is very specific to each customer, so please call to discuss your needs.

We’ll get you a domain name and a web server where you can host your web site, plus up to 10 email accounts for your business. Fees are paid annually; there is no setup fee.

In-Home Service Outside of Service Area Pick-up & Delivery Outside of Service Area	$60 $60
All prices above include free pickup and delivery of your PC to your home or office within 30 miles of Santa Rosa. We will be happy to service your needs outside of Santa Rosa at an additional charge.  NOTE: These services are limited to the 707 area code. Additional charges may apply for customers outside 707.

Priority Service	25% applies to Service Fees only
Our standard service is 72-hour turn around on all PC services. However, expedited service is available, based on availability. With Priority Service, we will fix your PC before close of the next business day. The Priority Service charge also applies to work performed at hourly rates when that work is performed after hours or on Sundays at the customer’s request.

Emergency Service	$100 (in addition to all other fees)
