A: We currently offer onsite computer repair & service in Sonoma & Marin Counties.

Q: Do you offer same day PC repair service?

A: In most cases, we can have a technician onsite within 1 day with no extra charge.

Q: Do you warranty your work?

A: Yes we warranty our work for 30days and back all of our services with a money back guarantee!! If the same problem occurs within 30 days of service, we will come back and fix it at no additional charge.

Q: Can I drop my computer off at a local office?

A: Most our services are done outside of our home based office. However arrangements can always be made if you are more comfortable dropping your computer off.

Q: Do you service homes and businesses?

A: Yes, we service residential and business customers that need computer or network services.

Q: I am having a computer problem that isn't listed in your services. Can you still help me?

A: As long as your problem is a technology related issue, we should be able to help you with it. Please call our technicians at 707-921-1145

Q: What happens if the technician cannot fix my computer problem?

A: In almost all cases our technicians will be able to fix the problem you are having. Sometimes however, it is more cost effective to
replace your equipment than to repair it. If this is the case, our technicians will recommend what is best for you, and then you can decide how to proceed.
If for some reason you have a problem that we can't fix, you will not be charged for any services.

Q: Are parts included in your service charge?

A: No.
With the exception of our DC Jack Replacement Service, parts are additional.
