North Bay Computer Repair is top notch. I have had several computers repaired by them over the years. My most recent repair,a DC Jack replacement, was done in record time and has been working great since. What really impresses me is the true professionalism shown. I wouldn't go through any other company. In fact, my whole family uses them now. Any questions I have had have been answered quickly and with the upmost concern for my complete satisfaction.
Though I have never had an issue with any repairs performed, I take great comfort in knowing that all of their services are backed in writing by a satisfaction guarantee. Thank you North Bay Computer for understanding what it means to give great customer service.

Joey and Miranda are very professional, knowledgeable and hard working. They are the tech gurus! Whenever I need any technical support in my home or business I call them to assist. They always go above and beyond to serve. They are extremely trustworthy and reliable. I even buy gift certificates from them for my mom who is struggling to learn how to use her mac book, etc. The service is unique in that they really are teachers as well as technicians. They are enthusiastic, patient and overall true experts at what they do!

Joey and his team do excellent work.  I've brought my laptop to them for repairs several times they are prompt, professional, reliable and reasonably priced.  After my initial positive experience I have been willing to drive more than 45 minutes in each direction to have my computer serviced by North Bay even though there are other shops closer to home.
I would much prefer to have my computer(s) looked after my North Bay than the repair services offered by big box electronic retailers.  Joey knows what he is doing, does it right the first time, and charges reasonably for his work.  That, and he's very friendly to his customers.

Excellent customer service and quality work! Randomly selected this company when my computer crashed during finals week (yikes!)... I called and an hour later they were working on my computer remotely. They were able to retrieve all my files and clean-up my computer. All the while keeping me apprised of everything that was going on in layman's terms. Helpful for the non-computer savvy like myself. Worth every penny and now my computer is working better than ever:) Thanks N.B. Computer Repair.

We've been consulting with Joey at North Bay Computer Repair for almost a year now for our business website design. We are very happy with the results and are starting to see some improvements in our traffic ranking. We are able to schedule weekly consulting times to keep our ad campaign on track.  Joey is very responsive --day & night.
